As a lead is captured, its raw data—including credit pull information, loan purpose, property details, and self-reported financials—is sent to an AI scoring service before being created as a loan file in Encompass, MeridianLink, Finastra, or Floify. The AI model evaluates the lead against historical conversion patterns, current product appetite, and underwriting guidelines to generate a lead score (e.g., Hot, Warm, Cold) and a confidence percentage. This score and key rationale are then appended to the lead data payload before it's passed into the LOS, often populating custom fields for immediate visibility.
