When government IDs (driver's license, passport) or proof-of-address documents are uploaded to the LOS document management module, a separate AI workflow triggers, using computer vision and liveness detection to validate authenticity, extract data, and cross-check it against application fields. Any high-risk flags or mismatches are logged as a condition or exception on the loan file, routing the case for manual review.
