AI acts as the orchestration layer that monitors the privacy platform's API for new events—such as a submitted Data Subject Access Request (DSAR), a potential data breach alert from a discovery scan, or a vendor risk assessment requiring review. It then intelligently creates and enriches a corresponding ticket in the ITSM system, populating fields like priority, assignment group, description, and regulatory deadline based on the content and context of the privacy event.
