RAN operations are paralyzed by alarm storms—thousands of simultaneous alerts from basebands, radios, and transport that obscure the single root cause, like a faulty sector card. This workflow automates correlation, ingesting alarms from Ericsson, Nokia, or Huawei OSS via APIs or streaming telemetry. An orchestrator, built on LangGraph or a custom state machine, sequences specialized agents to deduplicate, temporally cluster, and apply graph-based causality models against a network topology digital twin. The output is a consolidated incident with a diagnosed root cause and recommended action, presented in ServiceNow or Jira, replacing hours of manual triage with minutes of automated analysis.
