A central orchestrator, built with LangGraph, manages specialized scoring agents that analyze corrosion, wood decay, structural load, and environmental exposure. The output is a continuous, auditable health score for every asset, enabling a shift from calendar-based to condition-based replacement schedules, directly optimizing multi-year capital budgets and reducing unplanned outage risk.
