This workflow automates the initial clinical bottleneck in teledermatology: the manual review of patient-submitted images and forms. By deploying a computer vision agent to analyze images for concerning features (asymmetry, border irregularity, color variegation, diameter) and an LLM agent to parse patient history, the system performs a consistent, preliminary triage. This eliminates hours of repetitive physician screening work, directly converting administrative time into billable consultation capacity. The architecture must integrate with patient portals (like Epic MyChart or Salesforce Health Cloud) and embed confidence scoring to govern routing logic.
