Every verification event, mispick, correction time, and root cause is logged to a data lake. Dashboards show real-time mispick rates by station, SKU, or operator. This data feeds back into the system: frequent mispicks for a specific SKU can trigger a slotting review or pick-face label update. The vision model is continuously retrained on new mispick examples, creating a self-improving loop that drives error rates down over time.
