This workflow automates the critical, time-sensitive handoff between an autonomous grid system and human field crews. After a FLISR agent isolates a fault and generates a switching plan for restoration, the system must dispatch the nearest qualified crew, issue a detailed work order, and—most importantly—hold all automated switching commands until the crew confirms they are clear of the equipment. The operational upside is measured in reduced Customer Minutes Interrupted (CMI) and the elimination of safety-critical communication delays between the control room and the field.
