Field clashes—where installed systems conflict with design intent or other trades—are a primary source of rework, schedule delays, and margin erosion. Manual detection is reactive, slow, and error-prone. This workflow automates the process by orchestrating drones and scanners to capture as-built conditions, then deploying specialized AI agents to compare point clouds and imagery against the federated BIM model. The system identifies spatial conflicts, such as a duct obstructing a beam, and quantifies the cost of inaction, turning site data into actionable intelligence before concrete is poured or walls are closed.
