Hyperscale data center construction relies on prefabricated modular components to meet aggressive schedules. Manual verification of each module's placement, orientation, and MEP connection points is a bottleneck, prone to human error and rework that can stall commissioning for weeks. A custom automated verification workflow eliminates this bottleneck by using drone-captured LiDAR and photogrammetry to create as-built point clouds, which are then programmatically compared against manufacturer specs and BIM models for clash detection, dimensional tolerance, and interface alignment. This ensures rapid, error-free deployment directly tied to schedule adherence and labor cost avoidance.
