Manual concrete coordination is a high-cost bottleneck, wasting superintendent hours on phone calls and exposing projects to weather delays, crew idle time, and material waste from cold joints. A custom orchestration workflow automates this by ingesting live data from the project schedule (Primavera P6), weather APIs, and ready-mix vendor portals. It evaluates pour feasibility against crew availability and pump access, then sequences activities to maximize daily throughput and minimize risk, directly attacking the labor and inefficiency tax of manual dispatching.
