Manual clash detection is a high-latency, batch-driven bottleneck that delays projects and inflates redesign costs. This custom workflow orchestrates continuous coordination by triggering automated analyses whenever federated models are updated in platforms like Autodesk BIM 360 or ACC. An event-driven orchestrator, built with LangGraph or AWS Step Functions, ingests update notifications, applies rule-based filters for criticality, and dispatches jobs to Navisworks Manage or BIMcollab for processing. This shifts coordination from a weekly meeting to a real-time operational layer, cutting clash resolution cycles from days to hours and preventing costly field rework.
