For the workflow engine, AI can analyze incoming requests to automatically assign priority, route to the correct queue or bot, and even pre-fill data for the automation by calling external APIs or searching knowledge bases. Finally, for data retrieval, an AI-powered conversational interface allows users to query backend systems (like SAP, ServiceNow, or custom databases) using natural language, with the AI structuring the query and the RPA bot executing the data fetch.
